| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo analisa a reconfiguração territorial do Nordeste brasileiro sob a influência da expansão geoeconômica chinesa no Sul Global. A pesquisa investiga como os investimentos chineses promovem a modernização e a integração estratégica do Nordeste Brasileiro ao cenário global. De forma objetiva, buscou-se identificar os setores estratégicos priorizados, os interesses e as implicações dessa presença para o desenvolvimento regional. Metodologicamente, o estudo emprega levantamento bibliográfico e documental, coleta de dados sobre projetos chineses e análise crítica à luz da Geografia Crítica e da Geopolítica. Os resultados demonstram que os investimentos se concentram em energia, logística, infraestrutura e agronegócio, atuando como vetores primários de modernização produtiva e de ampliação da capacidade energética e logística da região. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | This study analyzes the territorial reconfiguration of the Brazilian Northeast under the influence of Chinese geoeconomic expansion in the Global South. The research investigates how Chinese investments promote the modernization and strategic integration of the Northeast into the global scenario. Objectively, the research sought to identify the prioritized strategic sectors, the underlying interests, and the implications of this presence for regional development. Methodologically, the study employs bibliographic and documentary research, data collection on Chinese projects, and critical analysis in light of Critical Geography and Geopolitics. The results demonstrate that investments are concentrated in energy, logistics, infrastructure, and agribusiness, acting as primary vectors of productive modernization and the expansion of the region's energy and logistics capacity. | |
