| dc.description.abstract | O presente artigo analisa a importância das competências socioemocionais no ambiente de trabalho, estabelecendo articulações com o campo da Educação e da Licenciatura. Parte-se do entendimento de que tais competências não se desenvolvem exclusivamente no contexto organizacional, mas têm suas bases formativas no ambiente escolar, mediadas pela prática docente e pelas interações pedagógicas. A pesquisa fundamenta-se em revisão bibliográfica, dialogando com autores clássicos da educação e estudos contemporâneos sobre competências socioemocionais. Conclui-se que o desenvolvimento intencional das soft skills na escola contribui para a melhoria da aprendizagem, para a formação integral do estudante e para sua atuação social e profissional. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | This article analyzes the importance of socioemotional skills in the workplace, establishing connections with the field of Education and Teacher Education programs. It is based on the understanding that these skills are not developed exclusively in organizational contexts, but are formed throughout the individual’s educational trajectory, especially within the school environment. Grounded in a bibliographic review, the study engages with classical educational theorists and contemporary research on socioemotional competencies. The findings indicate that the intentional development of soft skills in school contributes to improved student learning, strengthens teaching practice, and supports the comprehensive formation of individuals, preparing them for social life and the world of work. | |
