| dc.description.abstract | Esta pesquisa está vinculada ao Programa de Mestrado em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (ProfEPT), turma 2024 e foi realizada no Instituto Federal de Ciência e Tecnologia de Brasília (IFB), Campus Brasília (CBRA). O público-alvo foram os estudantes do Ensino Médio Integrado em Informática (EMI), tendo como temática central o bullying. Buscou-se compreender de que forma ocorre esse fenômeno entre os estudantes e quais são suas percepções sobre este tema, se já foram autores, vítimas ou testemunhas. A dissertação está estruturada com os seguintes capítulos: Apresentação, Introdução, Referencial Teórico, Procedimentos Metodológicos, Análise de Dados, Produto Educacional Encartado, Conclusões e Referências, além dos Apêndices (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H e I) e do Anexo (A). A escolha do tema e os objetivos do estudo surgiram a partir dos constantes relatos de estudantes que procuram a Coordenação Geral de Assuntos Estudantis (CGAE), espontaneamente ou por encaminhamento, descrevendo situações de bullying próprias ou de colegas. Esses relatos e a publicação da recente lei 14.811/2024 motivaram a realização desta pesquisa. Os dados coletados por meio do questionário online e das entrevistas revelaram comportamentos característicos deste comportamento entre os discentes, os quais evidenciaram situações de conflito no ambiente escolar. Observou-se que muitos deles ainda entendem o bullying como uma brincadeira e desconhecem sua implicação legal. Diante disso, elaborou-se uma cartilha como Produto Educacional, direcionada aos estudantes do Ensino Médio. O material apresenta, em linguagem simples e objetiva, as normas jurídicas relacionadas ao bullying, incluindo o conceito legal previsto em lei para esta conduta, de modo a favorecer a compreensão dos estudantes quanto aos limites normativos que a caracterizam, fornecendo subsídios para que eles possam diferenciar uma brincadeira saudável de uma prática ofensiva. O Produto Educacional (Apêndice A) foi avaliado por servidores e estudantes do IFB/Campus Brasília, apresentando resultados amplamente positivos. A análise dos instrumentos de avaliação indicou elevado nível de concordância entre os participantes, com a maioria dos itens alcançando índices próximos ou iguais a 100% de aprovação. | |
| dc.description.abstracten | This research is linked to the Professional and Technological Education Master’s Program (ProfEPT), class of 2024, and was conducted at the Federal Institute of Science and Technology of Brasília (IFB), Brasília Campus (CBRA). The target audience consisted of students enrolled in the Integrated High School Program in Informatics (EMI), with bullying as the central theme. The study sought to understand how this phenomenon occurs among students and what their perceptions about it are, whether they have been perpetrators, victims, or witnesses, as well as to inform and raise their awareness regarding the legal aspects of this practice. The dissertation is structured into the following chapters: Presentation, Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Methodological Procedures, Data Analysis, Embedded Educational Product, Conclusions, and References, in addition to the Appendices (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I) and Annex (A). The choice of theme and the objectives of the study emerged from frequent reports made by students who sought the General Coordination of Student Affairs (CGAE), either spontaneously or through referrals, describing bullying situations involving themselves or classmates. These reports, along with the enactment of the recent Law nº 14.811/2024, motivated the development of this research. The data collected through an online questionnaire and interviews revealed behaviors characteristic of this phenomenon among students, which indicated the presence of conflict situations within the school environment. It was observed that many students still perceive bullying as a form of play and are unaware of its legal implications. In light of this, an educational booklet was developed as an Educational Product, aimed at high school students. The material presents, in clear and objective language, the legal provisions related to bullying, including the legal definition established by law for this conduct, in order to promote students’ understanding of the normative boundaries that characterize it and to provide support so that they may distinguish healthy interactions from offensive practices. The Educational Product was evaluated by staff members and students, presenting widely positive results. The analysis of the evaluation instruments indicated a high level of agreement among participants, with most items reaching approval rates close to or equal to 100%. | |
